This page last updated March 24, 2015

This page will provide you with enrollment counts for the specified year, by grade, sex, or ethnicity. You may receive the statistics either as a web page or a comma-delimited file. The data will be summarized for a particular campus, for an entire district, for a region, or for the entire state. Values will be masked in order to comply with FERPA. Values masked on web page reports will be replaced by the characters "N/A". Values masked in comma-delimited files will be replaced by the value "-9999999".

3. Enter the appropriate value if needed for a selected region number, county name, district (name or number) or campus (name or number):

When entering a district number, use all six digits. For example, enter 057905 for DALLAS ISD. Capitalize district names and include ISD as appropriate.

When entering campus numbers, use all nine digits.  For example, enter 227913101 for LAKE TRAVIS EL.

When entering campus names, you may enter all of the name or only part of the name to get a selection list. Capitalize the campus names or name fragment that you enter. Avoid using descriptors such as "HS" or "EL" that may be entered in a variety of ways.
