Unless otherwise indicated, all requested
information is required in order to process your application for TEA
SE access. Failure to provide information
as requested may result in denial of system access.
1. Complete Sections 1, 2, and 3.
2. Provide all user information in Section 1A.
3. Provide all organizational information in Section 1B.
4. Indicate the type of request you are
making in Section 2.
5. Complete Section 3 by indicating the role you are requesting to have
assigned. You may only select one role per user.
6. Review and sign the "Certification and Approval” statement in
Section 4.
7. Obtain your Superintendent's, Executive Director’s, or CEO's approval
on the TEA SE request for access form. He or she must sign the appropriate
area in Section 4.
8. Submit the application to TEA via fax or mail to the

Deleting
and Revoking Access
TEA issues usernames and
passwords on an individual basis. TEA is not responsible for use by
unauthorized persons with access to valid usernames and passwords. You
are advised to revoke usernames and passwords of individuals no longer
authorized by your organization to have access to eGrants or ER. Un-revoked
passwords can result in unauthorized use.
Obtaining a Texas Payee/Taxpayer ID (Vendor ID) Number
If your organization does not have a Texas Payee/Taxpayer
ID number assigned by the State of Texas Comptroller, you must submit
a Texas Application for Payee Identification Number form with your TEA
SE Request for Access form. For your convenience, you may access this

If you are unsure whether
or not your organization has a Texas Payee/ Taxpayer ID number, please
check with your business accounting office before submitting an application.
