The purpose of the Campus Turnaround Team Training and Support grant is to provide training to personnel from each of the 20 ESCs who are designated as members of the regional turnaround training and support teams. These regional teams will train and support members of Technical Assistance Teams (TATs), Campus Intervention Teams (CITs), and campus improvement leadership teams from campuses rated Academically Unacceptable (AU) under the state accountability rating system to ensure well functioning and effective teams that support the efforts of campuses to become high-performing and successful with all students. The entity receiving the grant would, using a training-of-trainers (TOT) model, develop materials and provide extensive training and ongoing support to the regional turnaround training and support teams.
Grant Period:	July 15, 2008 – February 28, 2010
