The State Engineering
and Science Recruitment Fund (SENSR) grant will be awarded to four
entities to help fund 17 projects designed to support the recruitment
of women and minorities into these fields and to assist them in preparing
for, or participating in, programs leading to an undergraduate degree
in engineering or science from a university or college. The projects
are eligible for grant awards of up to $25,000. For the 2007-2008
fiscal year, approximately $394,920 will be available for distribution.
Grant Period:
June 1, 2007 - August 31, 2008.
