GRANT EXPENDITURE REPORTING (ER) SYSTEM INFORMATION

Click to enter Web Grant Expenditure Reporting (ER) System

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) utilizes a web-based expenditure reporting (ER) system for reporting grant expenditures. This system is used for both formula and discretionary grants.

Users are able to access "real-time" information on the status of their payments and have access to comments TEA makes with regard to particular payment requests.

Features

Upon selection of a particular grant program / NOGA, you'll have access to how much funding remains for a particular NOGA, and you can see any payments currently pending. You can access information about payments, including a payment history. You have the ability to drill down into specific details regarding your NOGA payments:

  • who submitted the payment request
  • who authorized the request
  • who at TEA approved the payment

If payments have actually been paid out, you can see the voucher information and date the payment was made. You can also see the due dates for expenditure reports, including final report and revised final report due dates.

Individual access requirements (through TEASE) eliminate the need to enter your County District Number and ID when requesting reports or information - the system knows who you are and makes the connections to get you to the information that you are requesting. The system also has improved search capabilities to help you get the information you want, when you want it.

Online help is just a click away for users once they enter into the new ER system. From the "Help" function, users can access the Expenditure Reporting (ER) Reference and Training Manual to help familiarize themselves with the features of the new application.

TEA SE (Secure Environment) System Access Information

All district personnel needing access to ER are required to have an individual TEA SE ID and password to sign into ER.
