Comprehensive School Reform - Texas High School Initiative Cumulative Progress Report

Please note: This report should be completed by EACH campus participating in the Comprehensive School Reform - High School program. The fiscal agent is responsible for ensuring that each campus that participated in the program submits an individual campus progress report . Please submit only one progress report per campus. Please also note that this is NOT the Final Expenditure Report; that is a separate report that is to be submitted to Discretionary Grants. The data collected in this report should include activities during the entire grant period, August 1, 2006 through August 31, 2007.

Unfortunately, because of the program used to collect data, you cannot fill out part of the report and save it to come back later and make modifications before submitting. Therefore, it is recommended that you print out a hard copy of the report, complete it in paper form, and then sit down at the computer to enter the information and submit it.

This report is due to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) no later than 5:00PM on Monday, October 1, 2007.
