High School Redesign and Restructuring (HSRR), Cycle 1 Grant Program - Fourth Progress/Activity Report (Cumulative)

Please Note: This report should be completed by EACH campus participating in the HSRR, Cycle 1 grant program. The fiscal agent is responsible for ensuring that each campus participating in the program through their shared services arrangement submits an individual progress report. The data collected in this report should include activities from date of NOGA to February 28, 2007.

Please note that because of the web-based program used to collect the data, you cannot fill out part of the report and save it to come back later and make modifications before submitting. Therefore, it is recommended that you print out a hard copy of the report, complete it in paper form, and then sit down at the computer to enter and submit the information electronically.    

This report is due to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) no later than 5:00 PM on March 30, 2007.
