Middle College/Early College High School (MC/EC) Expansion Grant - Fourth (Cumulative) Progress/ Activity Report

Please Note: This report should be completed by EACH campus participating in the MC/EC grant. The fiscal agent is responsible for ensuring that each campus participating in the program through their shared services agreement submits an individual progress report. The data collected in this report should include all MC/EC program activities from the date of NOGA to December 31, 2006, EXCEPT for Section 7 which covers the period from date of June 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.

Please note that due to technical requirements of the web-based program used to collect the data, you cannot fill out part of the report and save it to come back later to complete. Therefore, it is recommended that you first print out a hard copy of the report, complete it in paper form, and then enter and submit the information electronically in one sitting.

This report is due to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) no later than 5:00 PM on January 31, 2007.
