As part of the Texas Summer Ninth Grade Transition grant program,
your organization is required to complete written activity/progress
reports as indicated in the timeline provided on Schedule #4C

Please note that an extension has been provided for the first
progress report; it is now due to the TEA by March 7,
2008. The progress report form is available at
the link provided with this correspondence is available for you
to provide information on the status of your program and to provide
details on changes, updates, and revisions to your program. The
progress report also allows you to indicate if there have been no
changes made to your program at this time. An
electronic copy of the progress report has also been sent to
the e-mail address of the grant administrator. Please refer
to Schedule #3A-Purpose of Amendment in the grant application
for any changes or revisions that may require an amendment to
your program.

Completed reports may be submitted by e-mail or faxed. You
are encouraged to submit your report by e-mail. If you

the subject line of “TSNGT Progress Report-(Name of School).” If
