0900B	30090-000B	For staff where ROLE-ID is: 002 Art Therapist 007 Corrective Therapist 015 Music Therapist 016 Occupational Therapist 017 Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) 018 Physical Therapist 021 Recreational Therapist 026 Speech Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist 032 Work-Based Learning Site Coordinator 033 Educational Aide 036 Certified Interpreter 047 Substitute Teacher, or 087 Teacher the data elements, INPUT-RECORD-TYPE-CODE, DISTRICT-ID, STAFF-ID, CAMPUS-ID, ROLE-ID, SERVICE-ID, and CLASS-ID-NUMBER constitute the record key.
