Gold Performance Acknowledgments

This search provides a list of schools or districts that have received the Gold Performance Acknowledgments you select. Note that acknowledgments for individual schools and districts can be found on the campus data tables and district data tables.

Beginning with the 2008 ratings cycle, charter operators and alternative education campuses (AECs) rated under alternative education accountability (AEA) procedures are eligible to earn Gold Performance Acknowledgments.  There are 13 AEA GPA indicators.  The two Comparable Improvement indicators are inappropriate for alternative education campuses and charters.  The 13 AEA GPA indicators are: Advanced Course/Dual Enrollment Completion, AP/IB Results, Attendance Rate, College-Ready Graduates, Commended on Reading/ELA, Commended on Mathematics, Commended on Writing, Commended on Science, Commended on Social Studies, Recommended High School Program, SAT/ACT Results, and Texas Success Initiative (TSI) for ELA or for Mathematics.

For information on the standards for achieving Gold Performance Acknowledgment, see Chapters 5 and 13 of the 2009 Accountability Manual.
