From this website there are two download procedures to choose from:

The Download of All Data will provide ALL the AEIS data for the state. For example, when selecting campus data, all campuses will be downloaded. When selecting student data, all AEIS student data elements will be downloaded. This download feature is especially helpful for researchers.

If the download required is for only some of the data, The Download of Selected Data will provide the flexibility to select particular campuses or particular districts, specifically by region, county, or district. Further, selection of particular data elements can be made, for example, within student data, only enrollment data could be downloaded, if desired.

Please note that all reports, including these download applications, employ significant masking of performance data in order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). In the download files, masked values are represented with various negative values (-1, -2, -3, -4, -99) indicating the source data are unavailable.
