The purpose of the data analysis and program effectiveness review is to analyze probes
and/or data sets that may point out data trends, systemic program issues,
and/or areas of noncompliance with program requirements and include results of
the review in the CIP.
The guidance document provides step-by-step instructions for completing this
activity.
LEAs are required to download, complete and submit response template(s) based on
the PBMAS data elements the LEA is required to address. Select from the list below
those response templates applicable to your LEA and submit the template(s) by
the deadline indicated in the guidance document.
All LEAs conducting a Focused Data Analysis and Program Effectiveness Review must complete the
program effectiveness review Template using the Program Effectiveness Review Template.
Districts are encouraged to contact their ESC Monitoring Contact
for more information about the CTE monitoring process.
