Corrective Action Review

The specific purpose of the corrective action review is to examine the systemic changes that have resulted from implemented corrective actions resulting from District Effectiveness and Compliance (DEC) visits in 2000-2001, 2001-2002, or 2002-2003.

LEAs are required to download, complete and submit the response template to the Agency by the deadline indicated in the guidance document.
