The purpose of this activity is to develop and implement a continuous
improvement plan (CIP) which has integrated the local education agency's
(LEA's) decisions based on the results and findings of all required
intervention activities.
The guidance document provides step-by-step instructions for completing this
activity.
LEAs are required to download, complete and submit the following response
template to the Agency by the deadline indicated in the guidance document.
Districts are encouraged to contact their ESC
Monitoring Contact for assistance with this special education
monitoring process activity.
