Focused Data Analysis and Program Effectiveness Review

The purpose of the data analysis and effectiveness review is to analyze probes and/or data sets that may point out data trends, systemic program issues, and/or areas of noncompliance with program requirements and include results of the review in the CIP.

Response Templates

LEAs are required to download, complete and submit response template(s) based on the PBMAS data elements the LEA is required to address. Select from the list below those response templates applicable to your LEA and submit the template(s) by the deadline indicated in the guidance document.
LEAs in Stage 1B, Stage 2 or Stage 3 interventions must complete the following templates according to requirements found in the Focused Data Analysis & Program Effectiveness Review Guidance document.
