Dottie Goodman welcomed the CAC members participating in the videoconference. Kathy Clayton and Phyllis Gandy were introduced as the presenters.
Meeting Purpose
Meeting Result
Kathy Clayton reviewed the purpose and result of the meeting. She and Phyllis Gandy updated the members by reviewing each Indicator on the State Performance Plan (SPP) / Annual Performance Report (APR). The reports were submitted to the Office of Special Education (OSEP) on February 1, 2008. An explanation of the data and progress toward the targets was given, as well as information on improvement activities related to each indicator. Copies of the reports were given to members before the meeting and members were encouraged to ask for clarification throughout the presentation as each Indicator was reviewed. The State will post the final reports when they receive word from OSEP that they have been accepted
