Technical Assistance
Each of the twenty regional education service centers (ESC) in Texas has a contact person who provides technical assistance in the area of students with visual impairments (VI) and a contact person who provides technical assistance in the area of students with auditory impairments(AI). The ESCs are the first point of contact for any technical assistance regarding special education and related services to students with disabilities, including students with visual and/or auditory impairments.
