This document, developed
by the TEA Division of IDEA Coordination, provides information on special education
Highly Qualified requirements in a Question and Answer format. It contains all
references related to requirements for special education teachers found in the
original NCLB document entitled Guidance
for the Implementation of NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher Requirements. An
additional section, Q and A Related to Highly Qualified Teacher Survey
is included.
