Proposed Rules for System of Payments
Texas Interagency Council on Early Childhood Intervention will need to adopt rules in order to implement a system of fees on September 1, 2003, if authorized legislation is enacted into law by the 78th Legislature. The proposed rules are posted on the ECI Web Page and in the Texas Register on May 23, 2003. You can access the ECI website and/or the Texas Register. Click on the May 23rd issue.
Public comment on the proposed rules may be submitted in writing, verbally, or via email to Cindy Martin and will be accepted until July 11, 2003.
