(COE) and State Board of Education (SBOE) rules are posted on the web. Notifications
are also sent relating to rule review notices and when updates to the TAC (Texas
Administrative Code, Title 19, Education, Part II, Texas Education Agency) are
posted on the web. In addition, subscribers are notified when a public hearing
on a proposed COE or SBOE rule has been scheduled. Only staff of the TEA Division
