SUBJECT: Important Information for Grant Applicants for the Ninth Grade Success Initiative
Attached are pertinent questions and answers regarding the Ninth Grade Success Initiative grant application process, including issues which were addressed by Agency staff at the National Conference of Texas on October 23 and October 25, 1999, in Austin, Texas. Also included are copies of the transparencies used by staff at the conference.
These documents are being provided to districts that have requested an RFA to insure equal access to information by alI interested parties. Additionally, these documents will be posted on the Texas Education Agency web site at www.tea.state.tx.us.
