- Errata #2 (10/1/10) to the Application Guidelines–Part 2: Program Guidelines and Use of Funds–Activity, Progress, and Evaluation Reports
For the 2009-2010 SFSF grant application only, TEA has changed the due date of the 2009-2010 SFSF Evaluation Report from October 29, 2010 to November 30, 2010.
The Application Guidelines–Part 2: Program Guidelines and Use of Funds–Activity, Progress, and Evaluation Reports, and Errata #1 (Revised 9/14/10), are hereby revised to read as follows:
The grantee must provide a final evaluation report in the format and within the timeframe requested by TEA following the end of the project. The grantee is not in compliance with grant conditions and requirements until such time as this report is received by the TEA Project Administrator. The final evaluation report will be based on the grant period of 9/1/2009--9/30/2010 and will be due November 30, 2010.
Failure to comply with reporting requirements could result in the grantee being identified as high-risk and the imposition of one or more special conditions or enforcement actions.
This revised information supersedes the original information previously provided in the original 2009-2010 SFSF Application Guidelines and in Errata #1 (Revised 9/14/10).
