Highlights of the changes in the Addendum are listed below:
- Clarification of 461 record reporting
- A list of new Innovative courses
- A revised Campus ID of Accountability Determination chart
- A revised listing of non-special education locally developed courses
- A reprint of the revised C035, INSTRUCTIONAL-SETTING-CODE
- The 425 Record Chart for Determining Mandatory and Discretionary DAEP Placements and Expulsions
- Changes to edits
- An important note on page 2.79 concerning district procedures for handling "no shows"
Also enclosed is the "PEIMS Leaver Reason Code and Documentation Standards", which will assist districts in assigning codes to school leavers.
