Subject: Final Supplemental Compensation for 2005-06 SY

In accordance with the Texas Education Code (TEC), Chapter 22, Subchapter D, section (g), a final determination of supplemental compensation for the school year 2005-2006 was based on the reports of eligible employees submitted to Texas Education Agency  through the Foundation School Program (FSP) in the TEA Secure Environment (TEASE).  The deadline to make necessary adjustments to 2005-2006 school year was October 27, 2006. 

Settle-up amounts owed to districts for 2005-2006 supplemental compensation were deposited in the district’s bank account by December 12, 2006. Overpayments of 2005-2006 supplemental compensation will be adjusted against the current year allocation.  To view the final payment or credit as calculated in FSP click here
