The report shows another student who is already in the PID database with the same name and date of birth as our district's student. This "Error on Add" will need to be corrected at the Texas Education Agency (TEA). It is a "Special Add" that will require supporting documentation - birth record, student ID or alternate ID, to be sent along with the Discrepancy Report to the PID Coordinator.
