PEIMS Data Standards 203 STUDENT - SCHOOL LEAVER AND GRADUATION PROGRAM

For the 2015-2016 school year Submission 1 (Fall), Learning High School in Learning ISD has several high school 2014-2015 school year graduates to report. The information for some of these high school graduates is as follows:

Tommy Student entered the 9th grade in the 2010-2011 school year and completed the Recommended High School Program.

James Student entered the 9th grade in the 2010-2011 school year and completed the Minimum High School Program. James also was able to graduate from high school during the 2014-2015 school year as the result of being assigned to an Individual Graduation Committee and completing the required tasks of his Individual Graduation Committee to satisfy his high school graduation requirements.

Henry Student is a special education student who entered the 9th grade in the 2010-2011 school year and has mastered the “Completion Of IEP And Full-Time Employment With Sufficient Self-Help Skills To Maintain Employment Without Public School Services”.

The graduation data of the graduates from Learning High School is shown below.

STUDENT-ID Tommy Student is the fictitious Identification Number for Tommy Student.

STUDENT-ID Henry Student is the fictitious Identification Number for Henry Student.

STUDENT-ID James Student is the fictitious Identification Number for James Student.

CAMPUS-ID 999999002 indicates the County District Campus number for Learning High School.

GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE 28 indicates Tommy graduated under the Recommended High School Program graduation plan.

GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE 04 indicates Henry graduated under the “Completion Of IEP And Full-Time Employment With Sufficient Self-Help Skills To Maintain Employment Without Public School Services” graduation plan.

GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE 27 indicates James graduated under the Minimum High School Program graduation plan.

FHSP-PARTICIPANT-CODE is blank because this data is only reported in the Summer Submission for students ending the school year in with enrollment in grades 9 – 12.

FHSP-DISTING-LEVEL-ACHIEVE-INDICATOR-CODE is blank because these students did not graduate under the Foundation High School Program prior to becoming a leaver.

LOCAL-STUDENT-ID 000007777 indicates that the Local Student ID for Tommy Student is 7777.

LOCAL-STUDENT-ID 000005555 indicates that the Local Student ID for Henry Student is 9999.

LOCAL-STUDENT-ID 000008888 indicates that the Local Student ID for James Student is 8888.

STEM-ENDORSEMENT-INDICATOR-CODE, BUSINESS-AND-INDUSTRY-ENDORSEMENT-INDICATOR-CODE, PUBLIC-SERVICES-ENDORSEMENT-INDICATOR-CODE, ARTS-AND-HUMANITIES-ENDORSEMENT-INDICATOR-CODE, and MULTI-DISCIPLINARY-STUDIES-ENDORSEMENT-INDICATOR-CODE are blank for Tommy and Henry because these students did not graduate under the Foundation High School Program.

INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE of 00 indicates that neither Tommy nor Henry had an Individual Graduation Committee (IGC).
